By placing the larger 12 inch square plates in the Environment, tuned to magnetic north, the modulated frequency field of 150km radius (largest stack 12inch sq x 9 plates has a modulated frequency field of 2,200km radius) creates a balanced ionic field of positive & negative ions which stops the continued decay of O2 and production of excess positive ions caused by electric/magnetic fields, generated by electricity, EMF, radio/TV signals, satellite signals etc. The results due to the large modulated field are:
